Adding Meetings from BlackBerry Calendar to SalesNOW

SalesNOW allows you to save a meeting from the BlackBerry Calendar Area to a SalesNOW contact and automatically store a copy of the meeting within SalesNOW.

To Save to SalesNOW a meeting within the BlackBerry Calendar area, do the following:

1. In the BlackBerry Calendar area, highlight the meeting that you would like to Add to SalesNOW and click the trackball

2. Highlight Add to SalesNOW and click the trackball

3. Notice that if a meeting invitee has an email address that matches an email address of a SalesNOW contact, the system will automatically associate this meeting to that contact (and their associated company record)

4. You can also manually associate this meeting to a contact. To associate the meeting to a specific contact,

1. Select an existing contact by clicking the magnifying glass and clicking on the contact name to which you would like to associate. (Note if the contact is associated with a company, that company will automatically be associated to the Meeting as well.), or

2. Add a new contact by clicking the green plus sign and entering the contact information, pressing the Escape key and clicking Save

5. To associate the meeting to a specific company,

1. Select an existing company by clicking the magnifying glass and clicking on the company name to which you would like to associate, or

2. Add a new company by clicking the green plus sign and entering the company information, pressing the escape key and clicking Save

6. If you would like to associate this meeting to a lead or deal, click the magnifying glass next to Lead/Deal field and select the Lead or Deal that you would like to associate to this meeting

7. Enter any Notes that you would like to record on this meeting

8. Highlight Save and click the trackball to save this meeting to SalesNOW

Note: The system will automatically store the date, time, duration and location of the meeting within the SalesNOW Meeting Log.
