Creating New Reports

To create a new dashboard report, such as Sales History, Sales Funnel or Sales Forecast for my team or for specific team members of my team (based on your team security within SalesNOW), do the following:

  1. In the main tab menu highlight the Reports tab and click the trackball

  2. Click the menu button and select New

  3. Highlight the type of report, such as the Sales Funnel report, that you would like to create and click the trackball

  4. Highlight the name of the Sales Team or Sales Team Member on whose data that you would like to base the new report, click the trackball and click Get Report. For example, if I am the team leader for the Dallas Team if I'd like to create a new sales funnel for the entire Dallas Team I would select Dallas Team (Note: to update the list of Sales Teams/Representatives, click the trackball and click Refresh. You must be in wireless coverage to update your Sales Team options).

  5. Click Update Report

  6. Notice that this new report will automatically be named the Sales Funnel: Dallas Branch report, based on the selected criteria
