Creating Tasks from BlackBerry Tasks

SalesNOW allows you to save a task from within your BlackBerry Tasks list into SalesNOW. To save a BlackBerry Task into SalesNOW, do the following:

1. In your BlackBerry Task List, highlight the task that you would like to Save to SalesNOW and click the trackball

2. Highlight Add to SalesNOW and click the trackball

3. To associate the task to a specific contact,

1. Select an existing contact by clicking the magnifying glass and clicking on the contact name to which you would like to associate. (Note: if the contact is associated with a company, that company will automatically be associated to the Task as well.), or

2. Add a new contact by clicking the green plus sign and entering the contact information, pressing the Escape key and clicking Save

4. To associate the task to a specific company,

1. Select an existing company by clicking the magnifying glass and clicking on the company name to which you would like to associate, or

2. Add a new company by clicking the green plus sign and entering the company information, pressing the escape key and clicking Save

5. If you would like to associate this task to a lead or deal, click the magnifying glass next to Lead/Deal field and select the Lead or Deal that you would like to associate to this task

6. Highlight Save and click the trackball to save this task to SalesNOW
