Data Summary & System Log

The data summary feature within SalesNOW provides a summary of the number of records within SalesNOW and the free memory on your device. The system log feature offers the ability to send a detailed system log email to support@salesnow.com to assist with any support questions that may arise.

To access the data summary and system log features within SalesNOW, do the following:

    1. Tap Options on the tab bar. If the Tasks tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Options
    2. Tap Log to view the data summary information that is available.
    3. To send a detailed system log to the SalesNOW support team, scroll down the Log and tap Send Log to Support
    4. Enter any additional information into the log email and then tap Send
