The data summary feature within SalesNOW provides a summary of the number of records within SalesNOW and the free memory on your device. The system log feature offers the ability to send a detailed system log email to support@salesnow.com to assist with any support questions that may arise.
To access the data summary and system log features within SalesNOW, do the following:
In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Options
Highlight LOG and click the trackball
View the data summary information that is available, or
To send a detailed system log to the SalesNOW support team, highlight Send Log to Support and click the trackball
