Emailing Contacts from a Deal

To email a contact from a deal within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Deals tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the deal's name, ABC Manufacturing Deal, for example and click the menu button

3. Highlight Email Bob White and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if Bob White is the primary contact associated with the deal and there is an email address stored on Bob White's contact record)

4. To add more email recipients, click the menu button and select either Add SalesNOW To:, Add SalesNOW Cc: or Add SalesNOW Bcc: (to select contacts from within SalesNOW) or select either Add To:, Add Cc: or Add Bcc: (to select contacts from within your BlackBerry Address Book)

5. Type email subject and body

6. Click the trackball and click Send to send your email

Note: This email, once sent, will automatically be stored within the Emails sub-tab within the Deal record.
