Filtering Records
To filter records in SalesNOW, start by tapping the appropriate tab - such as Contacts, Companies, Leads , Deals or Cases- to display the list of records.
The filter options vary based on the type of record selected:
- Lead Records can be filtered by lead status: Active or Inactive
- Deal Records can be filtered by deal status: Active, Won, Lost or All
- Case Records can be filtered by deal status: New, Assigned, Closed or All
- Call, Meeting & Task Records can be filtered by date: Today's,This Week's or This Month's
To change the way the list of deals is filtered for example, do the following:
- Tap Deals on the tab bar. If the Deals tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Deals
- Tap Menu and then tap Show
- Tap a different filter option, such as Won for example, to display only won deals. All other deals will be hidden.
Note: The filter selection will be automatically saved for the next time that you view the record list and can be identified by a dot in front of the filter option.
