Get Map for Contact

The Get Map feature within SalesNOW utilizes Google Maps. Please ensure that the name entered in the State/Province field is the full name or the official 2-character state/province code. To get a map for a contact, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Contacts tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the name of the contact for which you would like to get a map

3. Click the menu button and select Get Map

4. A map of the contact's location will appear

5. Click the trackball and scroll up or down to zoom in or out on the map

6. Click Escape to exit the map feature
