Import BlackBerry Contacts

To import contacts from your BlackBerry Address Book, do the following:

1. In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Options

2. Highlight BlackBerry Integration and click the trackball

3. Highlight Import and click the trackball

4. Choose whether you would like to Run in Background or Run Immediately and click OK

Note: During the import, the SalesNOW system will automatically create company records for any contacts that have been associated to a company.
