To install SalesNOW on your BlackBerry, follow these 3 steps:
Prior to sending the email installation link, turn on your BlackBerry and ensure that you are in radio coverage so that you can receive an email. To send the email installation link, click "Setup" at the top right of your SalesNOW Web screen. Next click Install on BlackBerry and then Email Device Installation Link to send installation link to my BlackBerry. This will send an installation email to the email address specified on your SalesNOW user profile.
Once you receive the installation email on your BlackBerry, open the email and click the underlined link to launch the SalesNOW BlackBerry installation webpage from your BlackBerry Internet Browser.
On your BlackBerry click the <Install SalesNOW> button on the webpage. This will download SalesNOW and install it onto your BlackBerry. The download process will take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on signal strength and the BlackBerry version that you use. Once SalesNOW has been installed on your BlackBerry it will ask you if you want to "Reboot". Click the <Reboot> button.
Note: If you do not receive the email installation link on your BlackBerry within two minutes, check your spam filter to make sure that it hasn't been stopped from being sent to you.
