The SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition has ten main tabs: Contacts, Companies, Leads, Deals, Cases, Emails, Calls, Meetings, Tasks, Reports and Recent Items. Note that the Leads, Deals and Cases tabs are optional. To turn those tabs on or off, see Turn Tabs On/Off. Also, to modify the tab names, see Modify Tab Names.
When SalesNOW launches, it automatically opens the Contacts tab. To move to a different tab, follow these steps:
In the Contacts tab, click the ESC key. The system will bring you to the main tab menu. Notice that the color of the tabs changes to yellow to indicate that you are now on the main tab menu.
To move to a different main tab, roll the trackball left or right.
To open a different main tab, such as Deals for example, click the trackball once Deals is highlighted.
Notice that when the Deals tab has been opened, the color of the tab will change from yellow to green, indicating that we are now in the Deals section.
Note: Clicking ESC from within any main tab will bring you to the main tab menu.
