There may be records which you have access to within your SalesNOW WEB Edition which may not be available within your SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition. For example, if you have deleted a record from within your SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition on the device only, you can use the Online Search to download the record from your SalesNOW WEB Edition. As another example, if you are a Team Leader and you have access to records from your other team members within your All Deals tab, you can download this record from your All Deals view within your SalesNOW Web Edition.
To perform an online search of records within your SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition, do the following:
In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Online Search
Click the trackball and select the type of record such as Deals - that you would like to search
Highlight the Include option, click the trackball and select My Deals or All Deals
Type the name of the record that you would like to search next to the Name:
Highlight Search and click the trackball
Highlight the deal that you would like to download and click the trackball
View the record snapshot and if you'd like to download that record, highlight Download and click the trackball
Note: You must be within wireless coverage to use the online searching feature.
