Page Settings
There are a number of page setting options that can be set, including:
- Maximum number of results per list this setting determines how many results will be displayed in a list at one time. An example of a list is the display of deals, emails and activities that display on a company record.
- Current Deals are active deals with a call back date between today and xdays out this setting will determine the date range that will cause a deal to be displayed in the Current Deal Call Backs dashboard on the Home page.
- Current Activities are all future non-complete activities with a date between today and Xdays out this setting will determine the date range that will cause an activity to be displayed in the Current Activities dashboard on the Home page.
- Show Sales History amount value this setting will display the sales history amount value on the Sales History dashboard on the Home page.
- Show Sales Forecast amount value - this setting will display the sales forecast amount value on the Sales History dashboard on the Home page.
- Maximum number of results at a time this setting determines how many records will be displayed at one time. For example, if you are on the Contacts View, this setting will determine how many contact records will display on each page.
To change your page settings follow these steps:

In the main tab menu or from anywhere within the application, click setup at the top right of the screen

Click Page Settings

Enter your new page settings

Click save to save your new settings.
Note: Keeping the maximum number of results at a time low will increase the speed that the record loads for display.
