Personal Setup Overview

The Personal Setup options can be accessed in the main tab menu or within any main tab by clicking the Menu button and selecting Options. The setup options available are:

• Modify Screen Settings to change the font size within the application
• Language set your language preference
• Capture Call select your capture call option
• Import BlackBerry Contacts import all contacts from BlackBerry Address Book
• Prompt for Password on Start-Up require SalesNOW to prompt for password on start-up
• Enable Secure Network (SSL) turn on SSL security within SalesNOW
• Use BIS Network allow SalesNOW to use BIS network connection
• Synchronize Data force immediate data synchronization with SalesNOW WEB Edition
• Refresh All Data refresh all the data from the SalesNOW WEB server
• Data Backup backup SalesNOW data to memory card
• Data Management set data management options to automatically remove records from within SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition
• Data Summary & System Log view your data summary and system log

To edit or view any of these setup options click on the specific setup option. The My Account setup area is view only. The other options can be edited or installed and are discussed in more detail in this section.

1. In the main tab menu or within any main tab, click the trackball.
2. Click Options.
