Restoring Deleted Records

The Recycle Bin automatically stores copies of deleted items when a record (such as a contact, company, lead, deal, email or activity record) is deleted. If a record was mistakenly deleted, it may be restored by following these steps:

  1. Click Recycle Bin

  2. Highlight the record that you would like to restore and click to Open it.

  3. Click restore to make the record active again.

Note: The record is only stored in the recycle bin for 7 days after which time it is permanently deleted.
