Scheduling SalesNOW Calls in Outlook
For users who have installed the SalesNOW-Outlook Add-In it is possible to schedule their SalesNOW calls directly from Outlook. To do this, please follow these steps:
- From your Outlook, open the SalesNOW Add-In.
- Click Schedule Call
- From the drop-down list, please locate the SalesNOW Contact you would like to schedule a call with.
- Select the contact and click Create Call
- Please choose the date and time for the call and write any messages you would like to see in this record.
- If there is a Lead or Deal in your SalesNOW account which you wish to have this call associated with, please click Lead/Deal under SalesNOW Associations and select the record you wish to Save this call to.
- Finally, please click Save and Send
