Scheduling SalesNOW Calls in Outlook

For users who have installed the SalesNOW-Outlook Add-In it is possible to schedule their SalesNOW calls directly from Outlook. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. From your Outlook, open the SalesNOW Add-In.
  2. Click Schedule Call
  3. From the drop-down list, please locate the SalesNOW Contact you would like to schedule a call with.
  4. Select the contact and click Create Call
  5. Please choose the date and time for the call and write any messages you would like to see in this record.
  6. If there is a Lead or Deal in your SalesNOW account which you wish to have this call associated with, please click Lead/Deal under SalesNOW Associations and select the record you wish to Save this call to.
  7. Finally, please click Save and Send
