Turn On Capture Calls

To configure SalesNOW to capture phone call logs following an incoming or an outbound call, do the following:

  1. In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Options
  2. Highlight BlackBerry Integration and click the trackball
  3. Highlight capture call option and click the trackball
    1. Select Only for SalesNOW to have the system prompt for a call log following only calls from or to phone numbers stored within SalesNOW, or

    2. Select Always to have the system prompt for a call log following any incoming or outgoing calls, or

    3. Select Never to have the system never prompt for a call log following a call

  4. Click Save to save the new capture call log settings or
  5. Click Cancel to leave the capture call log settings unchanged
