Calling Contacts

To call a contact from within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Contacts tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the contact's name, Bob White, for example and click the menu button

3. Highlight Call Bob White and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if there is one or more phone numbers stored on Bob White's contact record)

4. Highlight the phone number that you would like to call and click the trackball

Note: The call contact feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
