Calling Contacts from a Case

To call a contact from a case within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Cases tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the case's name, ABC Manufacturing Case, for example and click the menu button

3. Highlight Call Bob White and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if Bob White is the primary contact associated with the case and there is one or more phone numbers stored on Bob White's contact record)

4. Highlight the phone number that you would like to call and click the trackball

Note: The call contact from a case feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
