Calling Contacts from a Deal

To call a contact from a deal within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. Tap Deals on the tab bar.

2. To open the deal, ABC Manufacturing Deal for example, tap the record

3. Tap the MENU button and then tap Call Jane (assuming Jane is the only phone number associated with the deal)

4. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.

5. If you would like to log the call, from within the deal record, tap the MENUbutton and then tap New Call Log.

6. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact from a deal feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
