Calling Contacts from a Deal

To call a contact from a deal within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Deals tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the deal's name, ABC Manufacturing Deal, for example and click the menu button

3. Highlight Call Bob White and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if Bob White is the primary contact associated with the deal and there is one or more phone numbers stored on Bob White's contact record)

4. Highlight the phone number that you would like to call and click the trackball

Note: The call contact from a deal feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
