Calling Contacts from a Lead

To call a contact from a lead within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Leads tab and click the trackball

2. Highlight the lead's name, ABC Manufacturing Lead, for example and click the menu button

3. Highlight Call Bob White and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if Bob White is the primary contact associated with the lead and there is one or more phone numbers stored on Bob White's contact record)

4. Highlight the phone number that you would like to call and click the trackball

Note: The call contact from a lead feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
