Home Overview
The Home page provides a snapshot of important information and displays eight different dashboard modules:
- Current Calls this is a list of planned calls (i.e. not marked as held or not held) with a date between today and 30 days out.
- Current Meetings this is a list of planned meetings (i.e. not marked as held or not held) with a date between today and 30 days out.
- Current Deal Call Backs this is a list of active deals (i.e. with a status of active) with a call back date set between today and 30 days out.
- Current Lead Call Backs this is a list of active leads (i.e. with a status of active) with a call back date set between today and 30 days out.
- Sales History this is a graph of the sales history which displays the value of the closed deals for the last four months (including the current month).
- Sales Funnel this is a graph of the sales funnel which displays the estimated value and number of active deals by deal stage
- Sales Forecast this is a graph of the sales forecast which displays the value of both the active and won deals for the next four months (including the current month).
- Top Deals this is a list of top active deals by estimated value
- Top Leads this is a list of top active leads by estimated value
Note: The Page Settings section describes how to change the maximum number of results per list (such as Top Deals, Current Activities and Current Deal Call Backs) to display; the number of days out that defines a Current Deal and the number of days out that defines a Current Activity.
