Managing Records Overview

SalesNOW helps you to manage a number of different types of records, including: Contacts; Companies; Leads; Deals; Emails and Activities.

This section describes how to manage your records in a number of ways:

Sorting Records sort a list of records in a number of ways
Finding Records - To find records quickly using the quick find feature
Filtering Records filter records to hide records that you don't need to see
Searching Records search records based on basic criteria
Online Searching of Records search for records within SalesNOW WEB
Forwarding Records forward the record details by email
