Managing Records Overview
SalesNOW helps you to manage a number of different types of records, including: Contacts; Companies; Leads; Deals; Emails and Activities.
This section describes how to manage your records in a number of ways:
- Sorting Records sort a list of records in a number of ways
- Finding Records - To find records quickly using the quick find feature
- Filtering Records filter records to hide records that you don't need to see
- Searching Records search records based on basic criteria
- Online Searching of Records search for records within SalesNOW WEB
- Forwarding Records forward the record details by email
