Refresh All Data

Situations may arise when you would like to refresh all of the data within your SalesNOW BlackBerry Edition down to your SalesNOW WEB Edition. For example, if you lose or upgrade your BlackBerry device, you may wish to refresh all of the data from your SalesNOW WEB Edition to your new device. To refresh all of your SalesNOW data, do the following:

  1. In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Options

  2. Highlight Data Synchronization and click the trackball

  3. Highlight Refresh and click the trackball

Note: This process will delete and reload all the data from the SalesNOW WEB server and may take a significant amount of time.
