Turn On Capture Calls

To configure SalesNOW to capture phone call logs following an outbound call, do the following:

  1. Tap Options on the tab bar. If the Options tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Options
  2. Tap iPhone Integration and then tap Log Calls
  3. In the main tab menu or within any main tab click the Menu button and select Options
  4. Tap the appropriate option:
    1. Tap Ask Every Time to have the system prompt whether you would like to create a call log following any inbound or outbound calls
    2. Select Always to have the system record a call log following any incoming or outgoing calls, or
    3. Select Never to have the system not prompt for a call log following a call

Note: It is possible to create a SalesNOW call log at any time, however if the user would like to be prompted following a call they must have launched the call from SalesNOW and after hanging up, reopen the SalesNOW application.
