Viewing and Updating Reports

To view and/or update an existing dashboard report, do the following:

  1. In the main tab menu highlight the Reports tab and click the trackball

  2. Highlight the name of the report that you would like to view or update and click the trackball

  3. If there is an existing copy of the report that has been sent to SalesNOW on your BlackBerry, the report will display immediately. If the report is out-of-date, click the trackball and select Update Report.

  4. If there is not an existing copy of the report that has been sent to SalesNOW on your BlackBerry, you will be prompted to Update Report.

Note: Your BlackBerry device must be within wireless coverage in order to Update a Report.
