Web to Case

Web to Case allows SalesNOW users to create their own Web form and transfer Cases from their website to SalesNOW. As new case information is input, a new Contact, Company and Case record is actually being to created on your SalesNOW account. To generate this form simply:

  1. Click Setup and then click Web to Case

  2. Create a Form Name

  3. Choose your default assignee. Typically this will be the individual within your company that has been assigned to work with these new cases
  4. Enter a Return URL. (The return URL is where new cases will be taken once they have finished the form)
  5. Select the criteria that you would like to be included in this case form in the standard and custom lists

  6. Once all the desired criteria for the form has been input click Generate at the bottom of the screen
  7. The Web Case Form script can at this point be copied and pasted into the HTML editor of your choosing.
