Managing Multiple Records

SalesNOW helps you to manage a number of different types of records, including: Contacts; Companies; Leads; Deals; Emails and Activities. The ability to manage multiple records simultaneously can save a tremendous amount of time when you would like to:

To select multiple records to manage simultaneously, start by clicking on the appropriate tab - such as Contacts, Companies, Leads or Deals - to display the list of records. To manage multiple company records, for example, follow these steps:

  1. Check to box to the left of each company record that you would like to manage, or

  2. Click select | Select Page to select all of the company records on the current page. Or you could check the box on the title line to select all of the records on the page

  3. Now that one or more company records have been selected, notice that title bar will display the number of records selected

  4. Click the action that you would like to perform on these records:

    1. Delete to delete selected records

    2. Export to export selected records to a spreadsheet

    3. Reassignto reassign ownership for selected records

    4. Other | Send to my BlackBerry to send selected records to my BlackBerry

Note: To clear the record selection click select | Clear All.
