Calling Contacts

To call a contact from within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. Tap Contacts on the tab bar. If the Contacts tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Contacts
2. To open the contact, tap the contact's name
3. Tap the phone number that you want to dial
4. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.
5. If you have turned on Capture Calls, the system may prompt you to log the call once the call is complete. If you would like to log the call, tap Yes.
6. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
