Calling Contacts from a Case

To call a contact from a case within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

  1. Tap Cases on the tab bar. If the Cases tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Cases
  2. To open the case, ABC Manufacturing Case for example, tap the record
  3. Tap Menu and tap Call Jane Doe (assuming that Jane was the primary contact on the case)
  4. Tap the phone number that you would like to call (if there is only one phone number associated with the contact, the system will immediately call that number)
  5. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.
  6. If you have turned on Capture Calls, the system may prompt you to log the call once the call is complete. If you would like to log the call, tap Yes.
  7. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact from a case feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
