Calling Contacts from a Case
To call a contact from a case within SalesNOW, follow these steps:
- Tap Cases on the tab bar. If the Cases tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Cases
- To open the case, ABC Manufacturing Case for example, tap the record
- Tap Menu and tap Call Jane Doe (assuming that Jane was the primary contact on the case)
- Tap the phone number that you would like to call (if there is only one phone number associated with the contact, the system will immediately call that number)
- When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.
- If you have turned on Capture Calls, the system may prompt you to log the call once the call is complete. If you would like to log the call, tap Yes.
- Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.
Note: The call contact from a case feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
