Calling Contacts from a Deal

To call a contact from a deal within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. Tap Deals on the tab bar. If the Deals tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Deals

2. To open the deal, ABC Manufacturing Deal for example, tap the record

3. Tap the phone number that you would like to call (if there is only one phone number associated with the contact, the system will immediately call that number)

4. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.

5. If you would like to log the call, from within the deal record, tap More and then tap New Call Log.

6. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact from a deal feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
