Calling Contacts from a Lead

To call a contact from a lead within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. Tap Leads on the tab bar. If the Leads tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Leads

2. To open the lead, ABC Manufacturing Lead for example, tap the record

3. Tap Menu and tap Call Jen White (assuming that Jen was the primary contact on the lead)

4. Tap the phone number that you would like to call (if there is only one phone number associated with the contact, the system will immediately call that number)

5. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.

6. If you would like to log the call, from within the lead record, tap More and then tap New Call Log.

7. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact from a lead feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
