Emails Overview
Emails created within SalesNOW on the BlackBerry are automatically saved to SalesNOW on the WEB. SalesNOW on the WEB does not allow you to create emails directly.
Email records in SalesNOW store information about emails that have been sent or received. The email record stores a variety of information, each separated by a light blue title bar, including:
- General Information this is the email's basic information such as the email's subject, the email's contact and/or company association, the email's lead or deal association, the email's priority, date and time and the email body.
- Custom this section stores information from any custom fields that may have been added to the email record by your SalesNOW Administrator. Note: the custom bar will not appear if there are no custom fields that have been added on the email document.
- Contacts this section stores the names of any contacts that have been associated with this email and also their roles.
- Companies this section stores the names of any companies that have been associated with this email and also their roles.
