Synchronizing Data

Within SalesNOW data synchronizes between your SalesNOW smartphone or tablet account and your SalesNOW Web account. When I add a new record or edit a record within SalesNOW on my smartphone or tablet, once I click Save my changes are automatically updated within my SalesNOW Web account.

When I add a new record or edit a record within SalesNOW on the Web, those changes are automatically updated within my SalesNOW smartphone or tablet account when one of three things occurs:

  1. When I login to SalesNOW on my smartphone or tablet any updates within my SalesNOW Web account are automatically updated within my SalesNOW smartphone or tablet account.

  1. When I force a manual synchronization between SalesNOW on my smartphone or tablet and my SalesNOW WEB account.

  1. The system auto-synchronizes

Note: If your BlackBerry is not in internet coverage or the signal strength is low, the SalesNOW BlackBerry system will automatically send your updates to your SalesNOW Web account once you return to radio coverage.
