Calls Overview

Call records in SalesNOW store information about both scheduled phone calls (calls that you've planned in the future with your customers, see Scheduling Calls) as well as call logs (records of calls that have taken place with your customers, see Creating Call Logs).

To display a call record, tap the Calls tab in the Tab bar at the bottom of the screen. If the Calls tab is not in the Tab bar, tap the More tab, and then tap Calls. This will display the Calls list. Next, tap the record name to display a specific call record.

Call records in SalesNOW store a variety of information. The General Information is stored within the main body of the record. To edit the record's General Information, tap Edit at the top right of the screen, next tap the field that you want to edit. Make your change(s) and tap Done and then tap Saveto save your changes.

Call records also store Related Information, such as custom information and contact & company associations. To edit the record's Related Information, scroll to the bottom of the page of an open call record and tap one of the related lists.
